Those who claim to be now are not what I grew up with,not what my Father was,not what anyone I knew who claimed to be of the GOP is or was.

They presented valid arguments and reached across aisles to accomplish legislation to keep America moving.
They did not always agree with me or me with them but never was it said that their number one priority was to defeat a president or practice pure obstructionism in order to accomplish that or holding our Nation hostage to get their way causing us to have our Credit Rating downgraded for the first time in history.

Refusing time after time to pass Bills to put Americans back to work.
Allowing the infrastructure to become even more decayed than it is even as there were jobs programs offered to begin the repair and expansion that is needed to facilitate growth.
They offered not one Bill to put Americans back to work but brought 92 Bills related to Womens Reproductive Rights and issues.
They stripped programs for the Poor,Children,Disabled and Elderly while demanding increases for the Military that was in excess of what the Pentagon itself had requested and continue to give Tax breaks to the most profitable Corporations in the world.
A group that allowed time and again it's members to say and make outrageous statements and claims against a sitting President who was duly elected by the People and not reprimand nor denounce those individuals.
Who voted against Programs for our returning Veterans and their Families to help them.
Welcome to the New Republican Party where perception is more important than substance,hate,fear and subversion of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights is SOP and threats to America are acceptable in order to overcome the will of the Majority.

Their "Our Way or The Highway"policy that they proudly announced,no compromise never work with the other side not even when they accept your proposal as this would indicate success for the Black Man in THEIR White House.Yes what they see as THEIR WHITE HOUSE where a BLACK President resides.
I commented to my best friend on the night of President Obama election that this would bring out the Racists and Bigots but I hoped I was wrong.
I never imagined how many there were or that Politicians would not only ignore their vitriol but join in.

The Right refuses to recognize him as the Duly Elected President,will not work with him and is now actively using any means possible to defeat him for a second term even preventing others from being able to Vote,gerrymandering districts and other nefarious actions to rig the outcome of the Presidential Race.
To me there is nothing more unAmerican than preventing others from exercising their Right To Vote.They are the lowest of the low.Self righteous scum who lack the morals and ethics or decency.
These are not Republicans. These are the "Enemy Within" because they have shown us they are willing to subvert the Constitution,ignore the Bill Of Rights and undermine the laws of the land in order to get power to make us all conform to their idea of America.
People died to insure ALL Americans could vote.
Voting is a RIGHT ! Anyone who would deny that Right is the Enemy of Democracy.
In my eyes they are guilty of Treason and if they are elected Officials they have broken their Oath of Office and do not deserve to be in whatever Office they were elected to and should be Censured at the least but ultimately removed from their positions with the legal remedies available.
These are not Honorable people,they are TRAITORS masquerading as Public Servants.
But Republicans they are not.
They are the Tea Party and the cowards who will not stand up to them.
